The reason for semi-annual application is simple. No material currently available can provide permanent protection with a single application; therefore, your home should be treated twice a year in order to provide continuous protection from the pests that will try to gain access as the seasons change. Should a pest problem arise, your service agreement will cover treatments at no additional charge in most cases.

Please note that the service agreement is available only after an initial treatment has been provided to your home.
