Moths

There are multiple varieties of moths but three common and very similar species found in homes include: Mediterranean flour moth, the Indian meal moth, and the Angoumois grain moth. Each species has a distinctive wing pattern. Other species include: Webbing Clothes Moths (Tineola bisselliella) (Hummel), Casemaking Clothes Moth (TInea pellonella Linnaeus), and the Carpet or Tapestry Moth (Trichphaga tapetzela (Linnaeus).
